Why "No Rings Attached"?

Okay, but why the name 'No Rings Attached' you ask?

Well, it's a play on words. (trust me, it's clever!)

See, having a ring on your finger is a symbol of being in a relationship (engaged/married). Hence, having no rings means that you are a single guy/gal.

It also sounds like 'No Strings Attached'. Meaning that you are not tied up by society's norms/expectations (like having kids..).

Get it? dating site... singles... no kids. Hence the name 'No Rings Attached'...

Why Another Dating Site?

Ok, I know you must be thinking - "My God, this guy is a genius, but why another dating site? don't we have filters on existing dating sites?"

Well, there are a lot of dating apps out there. and yes, technically you can add childfree as a filter on them — but that doesn't make the space childfree-friendly.

It's like being a 'vegetarian' at a 'non-vegetarian table'. They make fun of you, force you to eat meat, steal your veg kebabs, and ask equal contribution in the bill.

You must have tried those apps, right? do you feel safe on them? do you feel that people understand you when you say that you don't want kids?... ever? will they support your decision to remain childfree?

Mainstream apps are for mainstream people. They are not for outcasts or rebels like us. The culture of those platforms doesn't support or attract people who genuinely identify as childfree.
